Why choose our Windsor Hills condos instead of a
hotel? Where do we start?
The location is incredible, just 2 miles from Disney,
5 minutes from I-4, and 35 minutes from Orlando
International Airport. The 24 hour manned gated
resort is mesmerising, with more than 3 acres of
beautifully landscaped grounds and an abundance
of 1st class amenities. Windsor Hills contains
some of the most luxurious condos in the area.
Hotels in the Disney area can be very expensive;
in fact you will pay the same price for one person
as you would for the entire condo (the 2 bedroom
condo sleeps 6 people and the 3 bedroom condo
sleeps 8 people.) You and your family will have
more than one room; you have a living room,
dining area, kitchen, 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2
bathrooms.
Is this a time share offer?
Absolutely not! The condos shown on this website
are owned by us. You are not required to sit
through a presentation; instead, you just sit back
and enjoy your vacation rental home without a
sales pitch.
Are all the resort amenities included in the price?
All resort amenities are free to all our guests at no
extra charge!
What is required to make a reservation?
When you are ready, you can book on line directly
with us, using the on-line "reserve request" form
or e-mail us at:

When do we pay?
When you book, you will need to pay a deposit of
$200 with the balance payable 35 days before your
arrival date. You can make payment with a credit
card or PayPal account through our "payment"
page; on that page you will also see our
cancellation policy.
When is check-in & check-out times?
Check-in: 4 p.m.
Check-out: 10 a.m.
A vacation rental requires more time to clean than
a hotel room. Therefore, please help us prepare
for our next guest by checking out on time.
What about security?
Windsor Hills Resort is a secure community with a
gatehouse which is manned 24/7.
How close is Windsor Hills to the Disney Theme
Parks?
We’re one of the closest! It will take you just 5 to
10 minutes to get to Disney.
How far is Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure
and Sea World?
Universal, Islands of Adventure and Sea World are
just 20-25 minutes away.
Is there shopping nearby?
Yes, Irlo Bronson Hwy (US 192) has a
grocery store (Publix is our favorite), 24 hour
Walgreen’s drug store and supermarket. There
are many restaurants catering to all tastes and
budgets from mouth watering Steak Houses to
Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Asian, Burger and Pizza
restaurants all less than 2 to 3 miles from the
Windsor Hills Resort.
Is there transportation to the parks?
Transportation is available to most Theme Parks
and several Shopping Malls (at an additional
charge). The time table, which changes monthly, is
displayed in the Windsor Hills on-site sundry shop.
Is the resort pool heated?
Windsor Hills Resort offers you the perfect
vacation community including an Olympic-sized
swimming pool in the clubhouse complex. It is
available to all guests and is heated during the
winter months.
Do you provide air conditioning and heat?
Yes, all of our vacation condos have central air
conditioning and heat.
Are your kitchens fully equipped?
Yes, our condos have a fully equipped kitchen
including cooking utensils, silverware, dishes,
stove, microwave, refrigerator (with ice maker),
coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher, everything
you need for the perfect vacation.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, ample linen and towels are provided in our
condos.
Are there laundry facilities?
Yes, there is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing
board in all of our condos.
Are there cleaning supplies?
We provide regular cleaning items such as a mop,
broom, dustpan and vacuum. As this style of
vacation is classed as self-catering, you will be
responsible for other needs, such as soap etc.
There is an on-site sundry shop and grocery
stores close to the resort.
Are the condos cleaned daily?
No, our condos are cleaned prior to your arrival
and after your departure. There is no cleaning
charge, unless you stay less than 5 nights. A mid-
stay clean can be arranged at additional cost.
Are the condos non smoking?
Yes, all of our condos are NON SMOKING! In
accordance with Florida State Laws, our condos
and communal areas are designated No Smoking
areas. No smoking is permitted inside the condos
or on the condo lanais. Also, NO BBQ allowed on
the lanai. If it is determined that someone has
smoked in our condos or used a BBQ on the lanai,
there is an extra cleaning fee.
Do you allow pets in your condos ?
NO! We do not allow pets in our condos. If it is
determined that a guest has a pet in our condo,
there is an extra cleaning fee.
Where do we pick up the keys?
The keys are picked up at our management
agent's office. You will be provided with a
complete check-in package upon making a
reservation. If you arrive after 6 p.m., there is a
lock box for you to retrieve your keys, condo
address and directions to Windsor Hills.
What if something is not working at the condo?
Our management company maintains the condos
in tip top condition. You will be provided with their
telephone number. They are normally available
24/7 in the unlikely event that there is a problem.
An after hours number is provided for
emergencies only.
Does the lanai have screens?
Yes. Our lanai has a fine mesh screen allowing in
the glorious Florida sunshine but keeps out those
pesky bugs.
How many people can stay in the condos?
Our condos are properly licensed. Florida State
license dictates how many people can stay in our
vacation rentals. The maximum number of guests
is as follows:
